O locatie extrem de frumoasa, ingrijita, curata, intr-o zona linistita! Bucataria este utilata corespunzator. Un mare plus il reprezinta terasa. Proprietarul este un om extraordinar si ii multumim pentru tot! Recomandam cu mare drag!

Totul a fost perfect, pe mine m-a acaparat din prima secunda buchetul de trandafiri naturali din bucatarie, în rest totul la superlativ.

Absolut nimic. As mai fi stat sincer.

Raport calitate pret bun.

Casa veche renovata, se simte umezeala mai ales in dormitor. Baile foarte mici si cu usa din sticla.

UltraHoliday Residence 3's answerBuna ziua si multim de impresie.Vrem doar sa clarificam pentru alti clienti ca locatia este recent renovata si totul este nou.Referitor la umeaza subliniem faptul ca baile au ventilatoare care aerisesc foarte bine iar usile de la bai nu sunt din sticla , sunt usi pline.(paravanul de la dus este din sticla).Locatia tocmai a fost verifica de ministerul turismul si a primit 3*, maximum pentru clasificarea de apartament. O zi placuta. Mihai

Welcome to our central newly refurbished apartment that has 60 m2(4 persons occupancy) and is situated in a house that will be entirely yours(private entrance + terrace+parking in front of the house).

Restaurants, supermarkets(Lidl/Kaufland), bus station, are all within walking distance.

Being centrally located in a lovely neighborhood, you will be only 10-15 min walk to the old town pedestrian area where you will find the major attractions that Brasov has to offer.
